Last Night, Rocker Stalker Said…: The Who at Barclays Center 11/14/12

Posted: November 19, 2012 in Entries

This past week I was honored to see The Who at the impressive Barclays Center in Brooklyn for my third time on Wednesday, November 14.  Despite pushing 70 years old, the remaining two original members,Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend proved once again that good music and passion are ageless.  With Zak Starkey on drums , Pino Palledino on bass, Pete’s brother, Simon, on guitar, and Frank Simes/Christ Stainton on keys,  their timeless music gave fans of all ages an experience (or another) to remember.  Focusing on 1973’s Quadrophenia, the band also played several fan favorites (video below) accompanied by an incredible light display and classic video footage of the late John Entwistle and Keith Moon.
